Acceptance of Agreement

This Terms of Service document is a legally binding agreement between you and TurboSignature, LLC ("TurboSignature") that governs your use of the website and service. By using http://www.turbosignature.com and the services ("Service") provided by TurboSignature, you hereby agree to be bound by the terms and conditions ("Terms of Service").

TurboSignature reserves the right at any time to change and update the Terms of Service without notice, at its sole discretion. You are hereby responsible to periodically check for modifications to the Terms of Service. Continued use will constitute your consent to the changes.

Access to the Service is restricted to any person under the age of 18 and/or unable to legally enter a binding agreement. Those ineligible must discontinue use immediately. BY USING THE SERVICE, YOU AGREE TO THE TERMS OF USE, AND REPRESENT THAT YOU ARE OVER 18 YEARS OLD WITH THE ABILITY TO ENTER A LEGALLY BINDING AGREEMENT.

Account Terms

• You must be capable of entering a legally binding agreement in accordance to the laws or regulations in your jurisdiction.
• You must provide your full name, a valid email address, and other information required during the signup process.
• Your login may only be used by one person - sharing an individual login with multiple people is not permitted. Organizations with multiple users should use a subscription plan that meets their requirements.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security and privacy of your account. TurboSignature will not be held liable for any loss or damage incurred during the unauthorized use of your account and password.

Payment, Refunds, Upgrading and Downgrading

The Service is billed in advance for the term selected which is either monthly or yearly. There is a 30 day trial period for new customers. If you cancel within 30 days you will receive a full refund. After 30 days there will be no refunds issued for partial months of service, upgrade/downgrade refunds, or refunds for months unused. The 30 day trial period does not apply to current customers or free accounts who upgrade or downgrade service. All fees listed are exclusive of taxies, levies, or duties imposed by taxing authorities. You are responsible for payment of such taxies, levies, or duties, in your local jurisdiction.

Modification to the Service and Prices

TurboSignature reserves the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Service with or without notice. Prices are subject to change upon 30 days notice, which will be posted on the Service or website. TurboSignature is not liable for losses incurred by any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service.

Content

TurboSignature and its licensors reserve all rights for the Service and website materials, including, but not limited to, text graphics, code, and other files are protected by copyright, trademark, and other international intellectual property laws. No part of the Service or website may be reproduced, sold, published, uploaded, posted, altered, without TurboSignature's prior written consent. The names, trademarks, service marks, and logos appearing on the Service or website may not be used in any advertising or publicity without the expressed written consent.

The website may contain links to third-party websites that are not owned or controlled by TurboSignature. TurboSignature cannot take responsibility for the content, user agreements, or practices of any third-party websites. By using the website, you agree to not hold TurboSignature responsible for any liability from the use of third-party websites.

Service Use Restrictions

This Service is protected under international copyright by TurboSignature, LLC. The use is governed by the Terms of Service and Privacy Policies. You are not permitted to redistribute any material or information pertaining to the website or service without the written approval of TurboSignature. Failure to abide will result in civil and criminal penalties. You agree to not (a) access the Service using robots, spiders or other automated means, (b) use the Service or website in any manner that could cause harm to TurboSignature, (c) engage in database scraping or actions similar in nature which involve obtaining lists of information through automated means, or (d) circumvent, disable, or interfere with any security-related features.

Agreements Made on TurboSignature

TurboSignature provides a Service that enables parties to electronically sign agreements, documents, and contracts that are independent of TurboSignature. You understand agreements made through the Service are contracted with another party and not with TurboSignature. TurboSignature is not considered an agent or party and will not act on either parties behalf for the enforcement of agreements made through the Service. TURBOSIGNATURE DOES NOT GUARENTEE THE VALIDITY OF ANY ELECTRONIC CONTRACTS MADE ON THE SERVICE. ANY STATEMENT MADE IN REGARDS TO THE VALIDITY OF ELECTRONIC CONTRACTS BY TURBOSIGNATURE OR THE SERVICE IS NOT CONSIDERED TO BE LEGAL ADVICE. YOU SHOULD ALWAYS CONSULT AN ATTORNEY TO VERIFY THE VALIDITY OF ANY AGREEMENT.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold TurboSignature, and its officers, employees and agents harmless from any claims, losses, liabilities, costs or expenses including legal fees, as a result of your access to the Service, violation of the terms of use, violation of a third party copyright or property right, claim that your content may have caused damage to a third party.

YOU AGREE THAT THE USE OF THE SERVICE IS STRICTLY AT YOUR OWN RISK AND TO THE FULLEST EXTENT OF APPLICABLE LAW. TURBOSIGNATURE ITS OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES EXPRESSED IN RELATION TO USE OF THE WEBSITE. TURBOSIGNATURE MAKES NO WARRANTIES ABOUT THE ACCURACY OF CONTENT DISPLAYED ON THE WEBSITE OR SITES LINKED TO. YOU AGREE TO NOT HOLD .
